Anita Barone

Barone played Gail Cunningham in The Shoes of Seinfeld season 4. She played a cook who was named Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. In the 90s early on, Barone appeared on a number of occasions in Carol & Company as a co-star alongside Carol Burnett. Barone was also Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife in her first Friends appearance. She left the show as she was looking for a more full-time role she was substituted with Jane Sibbett.
